What is Roof Group’s Prevention Program?
1. We conduct a visual assessment, this includes roof and wall sheets, drainage systems, metal flashing, skylights, penetrations etc
2. Emergency repairs (temporary) if required, completed with certified and compatible material
3. Remediation of any/all failed sealant (if required) around roof/wall penetrations and flashings
4. Removal of any/all visual loose debris, not including faeces, fine particle, or hazardous material
5. Complete and thorough cleaning of all drainage points
6. Inspection of interior and exterior leaks
7. Feedback on any non-roofing related items that may put the roof system or building at risk
